Distribution of new International Certificate of Vaccination or Prophylaxis in which yellow fever vaccine is to be recorded

The new International Certificate of Vaccination or Prophylaxis in which yellow fever vaccine is to be recorded are currently being distributed.

All registered Yellow Fever Vaccination Centres (YFVCs) in England, Wales, and Northern Ireland should receive a supply of certificates in the post by Monday 22nd October.

If you are  a currently registered YFVC and have not received an initial supply of certificates by the end of October please contact the NHS Response Line to order further supplies on 0870 155 5455.

In preparation for using the new International Certificate of Vaccination or Prophylaxis, all YFVCs are reminded that they will need to change their official YFVC stamps in order to fit the new stamp requirements.
