Validity of International Certificate of Vaccination or Prophylaxis - reminder

With effect from 15 December 2007 the old style Port 37 ‘yellow fever certificate’ should not be used for the documentation of yellow fever vaccination [1]. From this date, only the new style International Certificate of Vaccination or Prophylaxis should be used.

Existing stocks of the Port 37 form should be disposed of.
